Our holiday villa with pool is located in a quiet small village, in central Istria called Smoljanci. The buzz of the bigger Istrian towns is only 20min drive away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space, great infinity pool huge living area and a well equipped kitchen, as well as plenty of attention to details.

Our commissioned dining table can easily accommodate over 10 people. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are all part of the open plan ground floor space.

There are two extra large king size bedrooms on the first floor, one king size bedroom on the top floor and two twin rooms. All have very comfy mattresses.
